I have been teaching at Hawthorn for fifteen years. Twelve of the years I have taught kindergarten. I looped with one of my classes and taught first grade for a year. I LOVE kindergarten! I enjoy seeing the growth each student makes from day one until the last day of school. I’m excited for this year!

I am excited for my second year teaching ELL at Hawthorn. Previously I spent 12 years in Skokie District 68, with 8 years teaching 1st and 2nd grades, and 4 years as a district resource teacher.
