- Click “create profile”
- Fill in the form on the next page
- Write down your user name and password in a safe place.

- Click “food tracker” once you have created an account and signed in.
- Type the food that you ate in the box that says “Type in your food here” then click “enter” on your keyboard
- Use the drop down box to put in the amount of that food
- Check the box for the time of day that food was eaten. i.e.. “breakfast”
- Click “add”
- Repeat process for all foods for one day ?
